My former tarot mentor often calls me the “Keith Richards” of the tarot, as I seem to have a near-addiction to buying new tarot decks. I fail to see the problem. I guess I’m a hopeless case!
Though I do have the urges to buy new decks on an almost-daily basis, this past year I have restrained myself and have hardly bought anything at all. I think I may have treated myself to the Animal Spirit deck from the Wild Unknown, along with their incense, Spirit Cloth, and tea… okay, maybe I really DO have a problem!
Here’s my wish list as it stands 12/24/16:
- The Linestrider Tarot by Siolo Thompson
- A Practical Guide to the Runes by Lisa Peschel
- The Prisma Visions Tarot by James R. Eads
- Dame Darcy’s Mermaid Tarot
Tis the season, it seems, for a lot of businesses to be following the bright idea of making their own holiday gift lists (using their own products, naturally). I ADORE lists: Top 10 Lists, 5 Ways to ____, etc. Put it in a list, and I’m all ears!
I could get lost on the Wild Unknown’s website for hours at a time. A testament to this is that I own much of the items on their “Shop for your Favorite Mystic” list (see above for some of the things I bought this year alone!).
Little Red Tarot (Beth Maiden) has outdone herself with this list of Gorgeous gifts for cardslingers, witches, and other special friends.
I of course already have plenty of decks that serve me and my clients well, listed here: Behind the Scenes: My Tarot Deck Library.
And if none of the things on my list so far are floating your boat, mosey your way over to my new page of Things I Looooooove for more links of products, books, and decks that I personally endorse and use!
Blessings,
