It’s been 2 weeks since I returned home from the Cardslingers Thingy (it’s new official name), and I realized something…
I was tempting fate traveling during a Mercury Retrograde.
But you know what? Everything went really swimmingly! Because here’s the thing: we can’t put our lives on hold for 3 to 4 weeks out of the year, 3 to 4 times a year (that’s roughly how long Mercury retrogrades are and roughly how many times they happen a year).
By the way, if you are fearful of Mercury Retrograde, it’s almost over: Mercury stations direct at 2:12 PM EST on Wednesday, November 20th (thank you as always to the amazing Astro-Biz Digest by Theresa Reed for the astro-weather!).
Back to the St. Louis trip: There were classes and tacos and tarot and ice cream and bars with a fortuneteller theme and new age store temptations (hello new labradorite nestled on my neck) and tattoos.
“It’s not really a conference, I think. It’s more of a few friends coming around and teaching some in-depth tarot classes.”
